CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING Cancellation & No-Show Policy: • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price to rebook. Multiple no-shows may result in being permanently restricted from booking. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled, with 50% of the service price charged. Other Important Policies: • Clients with extreme anxiety may not be suitable candidates for lash extensions. • No children or additional guests are allowed during appointments.
